You may browse and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, interfering with how it runs, or using it to break the law. The content here, including text, images, and the Marlowe & Stone name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Prices and availability can change, and a piece may sell out before an order is confirmed. We accept orders at our discretion and may decline or cancel one, for example if a product is mispriced or unavailable.

• Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm and ship it.
• Engraved and custom pieces are made to order and are final sale.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.

Shipping and returns are free within the United States, as described on our shipping and returns page. International duties and taxes are shown at checkout. Unworn pieces may be returned within thirty days for a full refund.

Complimentary cleaning, polishing, resizing, and clasp checks are offered for the life of each piece, subject to normal wear and reasonable use. This does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse.

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marlowe & Stone, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
