Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the United States, and returns are free too. Orders are sent insured and require a signature on delivery.
How long until my order arrives?
In-stock pieces ship within two business days. Standard delivery takes three to five business days; you can choose expedited shipping at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises when your order arrives.
Can I have a piece engraved?
Many of our signets and charms can be engraved. Add a note with your order and our studio will reach out to confirm the details before we begin.

What is your return policy?
Return any unworn piece within thirty days for a full refund. Returns are free; we send a prepaid, insured label as soon as you start the return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Of course. Start a return for the original and place a new order for the size you need, or contact us and we will arrange a direct exchange.
Are engraved pieces returnable?
Engraved and custom pieces are made to order, so they are final sale. We will always confirm the engraving with you before we cut it.

What are your pieces made from?
Solid 14k and 18k gold, sterling silver, and gold vermeil over silver or brass. Stones are lab-grown or conflict-free and traced to origin. We never use plated base metal that wears away.
Will gold vermeil wear off?
Our vermeil uses a thick layer of solid gold over sterling silver or brass, so it holds up far better than standard plating. With normal care it lasts for years.
Are the diamonds real?
Yes. We use lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically identical to mined diamonds, more affordable, and fully traceable.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Solid gold and sterling silver are well tolerated by most skin. If you have a known nickel sensitivity, choose our solid gold pieces, which are nickel-free.

How do I find my ring size?
Our size guide walks you through measuring at home with a strip of paper or a ring you already own. If you are between sizes, size up; we resize free within the first year.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Put it on last, after fragrance and lotion, and take it off before swimming or showering. Wipe with a soft cloth and store pieces apart so they do not scratch.
Do you offer repairs?
We do, for life. Complimentary cleaning, polishing, resizing, and clasp checks come with every piece. Just reach out and we will take care of it.
How do I keep silver from tarnishing?
Silver naturally darkens with air and time. Store it in the pouch we include, wear it often, and buff it now and then with a polishing cloth to bring back the shine.
